Down on the Chopping Block

Having to furnish a home makes you see how many small things are needed – for example: chopping boards. I’m the kind of person who’s fairly relaxed in the kitchen but I have one important rule that I never bend or break and that is that meats and greens do not share a chopping block or board – they have their separate boards. Do I sound like a germaphobe? Maybe yes, a little but trust me – it’s a simple way of avoiding stomach illness and food poisoning.
